You'll move between learning, reflection, meaningful conversation, creative experiences, mindfulness, nature, and rest—not because you're trying to become someone else, but because you're remembering who you've been beneath the noise.

YOUR JOURNEY​
UNDERSTAND
Weeks 1–6
Before the immersive experience, you'll begin applying the Unbinding Framework to your own life.
​
Through guided online lessons, reflection exercises, journaling, and three individual one-on-one consultations with Lexie (held every other week), you'll begin recognizing the stories, beliefs, and patterns that have quietly shaped your life.
​
By the time you arrive, you won't be hearing the framework for the first time.
​
You'll already be seeing yourself differently.
​
During this phase, you'll receive

UNBIND
Week 7​ - Monday & Tuesday Immersive Experience
By the time you arrive, you'll already understand the framework.
Now it's time to experience it.

Rather than spending two days in a classroom, you'll spend two intentional days nourishing your mind, body, and soul in an environment designed to help everything you've been learning begin taking root.
​
The retreat isn't about doing more.
​
It's about creating enough space to finally hear yourself again.
DAY ONE: EMBODY
Slow down.
Reconnect.
Become present.
Together we'll begin embodying what you've been discovering through movement, mindfulness, group processing, and intentional rest.

Your day includes:
• Gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation
• Lymphatic energy work
• Group processing and framework integration
• Guided journaling

DAY TWO: INTEGRATE & CELEBRATE

The second day helps you integrate everything you've discovered while creating a personalized plan for carrying it home.
Your day includes:
• Creative expression workshops
• Group processing

Weeks 8–12

Returning home isn't the end of the journey.

Over the following weeks, you'll continue integrating what you've learned into everyday life through continued reflection, one 90-minute group integration consultation, and one final individual consultation with Lexie.

Because lasting change doesn't happen because of one extraordinary experience.

It happens through ordinary moments lived differently.

This phase includes:

I created it because I kept meeting people who had spent years working on themselves yet still found themselves repeating the same painful patterns.

Sound Healing
Founded by Anna and Mark, MARKANNA Wellness was created to support people on their healing journeys through yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and other holistic wellness practices.

At The Unbinding, participants will experience sound healing practices designed to calm the nervous system, cultivate presence, and support deeper integration.​


ANDREA REED WELLNESS
Nervous System & Fascial Release Specialist
Andrea specializes in helping women release the physical patterns that keep stress, tension, and overwhelm stored in the body.

Through Fascial Maneuvers, nervous system regulation, and somatic techniques, Andrea helps bridge the gap between emotional healing and physical freedom.

During The Unbinding, participants will experience guided fascial release practices designed to create a felt sense of safety, ease, and connection within the body.​
MAKENZI FOX
Dance & Embodiment Facilitator
MaKenzi is a lifelong dancer, educator, choreographer, and owner of Level Up All Stars.

With experience teaching everyone from competitive dancers to adults stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, MaKenzi creates an environment that is welcoming, fun, and empowering.

During The Unbinding, she'll guide participants through expressive movement and a signature dance experience focused on confidence, joy, embodiment, and self-expression.​


JENNY HOWARD
Yoga & Breathwork Facilitator
Jenny is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and certified breathwork facilitator who is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation.
​
Her classes range from energizing flows to restorative experiences, all designed to help participants cultivate resilience, awareness, and inner calm.
​
At The Unbinding, Jenny will guide practices that help participants slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their bodies.​
