Over two focused days (Monday 10am–4pm and Tuesday 10am–6pm — no overnights, so you’re home with your family each night), you will:

I'm Lexie Loman, licensed therapist, author, and someone who's spent years dismantling my own inner war.
Through 13+ years of clinical work and personal reclamation, I created the Gremlins & Goats framework: a clear, repeatable system that names the sneaky inner voices (Gremlins) that feed shame... and the bold, worthy parts of you (Goats) that deserve to be fed instead.
