GUIDED JOURNEYS & EXPERIENCES
THERE ARE A LOT OF WAYS
TO DO THE WORK
From self-paced journaling to immersive retreats, clinical groups, and developing experiential offerings, Lighthouse creates opportunities to understand what shaped you, notice what no longer serves you, and practice something different.
Some experiences are designed for personal growth.
Others are created specifically for therapists and helping professionals.
Practical. Experiential. Designed to move beyond knowing and into living.
Grounded in real-world experience
Practical, experiential, and applicable
For individuals, clinicians, and organizations

ONLINE JOURNEY
THE UNBINDING
GUIDED JOURNALING JOURNEY
A self-paced online journey built on the Gremlins & Goats framework.
The Unbinding helps you uncover the beliefs, stories, and protective patterns underneath how you think, feel, and respond. You’ll explore where those patterns came from, decide what still serves you, and practice new ways of responding in daily life.
The journey moves through six stages:
Spark → Foundations → Discovery → Shift → Catalyst → Unbinding
Includes guided education, journaling, reflection, practical exercises, digital resources, and one 30-minute individual session.
$300 — Includes one 30-minute individual session
IMMERSIVE RETREAT
THE UNBINDING
EXPERIENCE
A RETREAT TO GO DEEPER, TOGETHER
The Unbinding Guided Journaling Journey lays the foundation. The Unbinding Experience takes that work into an immersive, in-person setting.
Step out of the day-to-day and into dedicated space for reflection, connection, experiential practice, and integration.
The retreat experience may include practices such as movement, mindfulness, breathwork, sound, creative expression, guided reflection, shared meals, and time to connect what you are learning with how you actually live.
The work does not end when the retreat does. Continued reflection and integration help carry what you experienced back into everyday life.

FOR CLINICIANS
THE UNBINDING
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION.
Providers begin with the same core Unbinding work.
You experience the framework personally first—exploring your own beliefs, stories, protective patterns, and ways of responding.
Then we turn the lens back toward your professional role.
The Provider Experience creates space to explore how your own patterns may show up in the work you do, and how the Gremlins & Goats framework can inform professional reflection, clinical judgment, boundaries, ethics, self-care, and the way you show up with the people you serve.
Provider-specific learning and professional application are layered onto the shared Unbinding foundation rather than replacing the personal work.

IN DEVELOPMENT

CANNABLISS— WELLNESS WITH A TWIST
An educational wellness experience being developed around intentional cannabis use, mindfulness, reflection, and harm reduction.
The idea is simple: What changes when cannabis use becomes something you approach with more awareness rather than something you do automatically?
Future development may explore intentional use, habits and patterns, sensory awareness, journaling, preparation, reflection, and integration.
Cannabliss Wellness — With a Twist is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, prescribing, or cannabis-assisted therapy. Legal, ethical, safety, screening, and scope considerations will be finalized before any experience is offered.

FOR THERAPISTS
KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY TRAINING
Lighthouse is developing an experiential training pathway for therapists interested in providing thoughtful, integrated ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
The developing pathway is centered around:
-
Preparation - Helping clients prepare psychologically and practically for the experience.
-
Medicine-Session Support - Therapeutic presence, altered-state support, boundaries, and clinical judgment.
-
Integration - Helping insight become meaningful beyond the medicine session.
Additional areas may include ethics, prescriber collaboration, screening considerations, and use of the Gremlins & Goats framework throughout preparation and integration.
This program is currently in development.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCES

A PLACE TO PUT SOME OF IT DOWN
THE EXHALE
The Exhale is an in-person therapy group for women navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and the feeling that they are carrying too much.
It may include therapeutic conversation, reflection, mindfulness, movement, experiential practices, connection, and play.
Because The Exhale is a clinical therapy group, enrollment and care are provided through Above All Psychotherapy & Therapeutic Center.

Choose the interests that fit you and we’ll keep you updated as those experiences develop.
THE WORK CAN LOOK DIFFERENT.
Online.
In a room.
With other people.
On your own.
Personally.
Professionally.
The format can change.
The goal stays the same:
Understand what shaped you.
Notice what still serves you.
Practice something different.
