THE UNBINDING

For Providers

You spend your days helping people make sense of their lives.

When was the last time someone helped you make sense of yours?

You became a therapist because you believed people could heal.

You wanted to understand.

To hold space.

To witness growth.

To make a difference.

Somewhere along the way...

Documentation replaced presence.

Productivity replaced curiosity.

The weight of everyone else's stories became heavier than your own.

Maybe you've even wondered...

"Can I keep doing this work?"

If you've ever asked yourself that question...

You're not alone.

The Unbinding Experience for Providers was created for the people who spend their lives caring for everyone else.

Not because you're broken.

Because the people who hold space for others deserve a place where someone holds space for them.

This is more than continuing education.

It's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, deepen your clinical work, and remember why you chose this profession in the first place.

There are countless trainings that teach new interventions.

This isn't one of them.

The Unbinding Experience begins with you.

Because your greatest clinical tool isn't another technique.

It's your ability to understand yourself.

The more aware you become of your own stories, patterns, blind spots, and strengths...

The more fully you're able to understand the people sitting across from you.

Before you learn how to use the Unbinding Framework with clients...

You'll first experience it in your own life.

Because the best therapists never stop doing their own work.

WHY THIS EXPERIENCE
IS DIFFERENT

This experience follows the same intentional journey as our public Unbinding Experience—with one important difference.

Throughout the twelve weeks, you'll not only experience the framework personally, you'll also begin exploring how it can deepen your clinical work in ethical, practical ways.

YOUR 12-WEEK JOURNEY

UNDERSTAND

Weeks 1–6

During the first six weeks you'll begin applying the Unbinding Framework to your own life through guided online lessons, reflection exercises, journaling, and three individual one-on-one consultations with Lexie.

You'll begin recognizing the stories you've carried.

The patterns they've created.

And the ways those same patterns often appear in the therapy room.

By the time you arrive at the retreat, you won't simply understand the framework.

You'll have lived it.

During this phase you'll receive:

✓ Six weeks of guided online learning

✓ Reflection workbook

✓ Guided journaling

✓ Three individual 1:1 consultations

✓ Personal application of the framework

✓ Clinical reflection questions to begin connecting the framework to your practice

UNBIND

Week 7 - Monday & Tuesday Immersive Experience

By the time you arrive, the learning has already begun.

The retreat becomes an opportunity to embody it.

Over two intentional days you'll nourish your mind, body, and soul through movement, creativity, reflection, community, and restoration while continuing to integrate the Unbinding Framework into your own story.

Because before we can guide others toward healing...

We have to create space for our own.

You'll experience:

• Gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation

• Lymphatic energy work

• Group processing

• Framework integration

• Guided journaling

• Creative expression

• Sound meditation

• Nourishing meals

• Joyful movement through dance

• Personalized integration planning

• Meaningful conversations with fellow helping professionals

You'll leave with more than new knowledge.

You'll leave feeling more connected to yourself.

LIVE

Weeks 8–12

Returning home isn't the end of your learning.

It's where you begin integrating it.

Following the retreat you'll continue your journey through reflection, one 90-minute group consultation, and one final individual consultation.

We'll also begin exploring how the framework naturally fits into clinical conceptualization, treatment planning, and client conversations while remaining grounded in ethical practice.

During this phase you'll receive:

✓ Continued reflection resources

✓ One 90-minute provider consultation

✓ One final individual consultation

✓ Private Provider Alumni Community

✓ Optional ongoing consultation opportunities

This isn't another binder full of interventions.

It's another lens.

A lens that helps you understand why people develop the patterns they do.

Why those patterns once made sense.

And how greater awareness creates greater choice.

The Unbinding Framework doesn't replace the approaches you already use.

It enhances them.

Whether you practice EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, psychodynamic therapy, or another approach entirely, the framework provides language that helps clients understand themselves with greater compassion.

WHY PROVIDERS LOVE THIS EXPERIENCE

PERSONALLY. PROFESSIONALLY. PRACTICALLY.

PERSONALLY

Reconnect with yourself. Understand your own stories. Renew your passion for this work.

PROFESSIONALLY

Deepen your case conceptualization.

Strengthen your therapeutic presence.

See familiar client patterns through a new lens.

PRACTICALLY

Leave with a framework you can ethically integrate into your existing practice.

Not another manual that sits on a shelf.

Something you'll naturally begin using Monday morning.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Continuing education is included.

But CEUs aren't the reason this experience exists.

They're simply one benefit of a much larger journey.

You'll earn 20 continuing education hours (including 3 hours of ethics) while investing in something our profession often overlooks:

Your own growth.

AFTER THE 12 WEEKS

Graduates become part of the private Lead a Life You Love Provider Community.

A place to continue growing alongside therapists committed to both personal and professional development.

You'll also have opportunities for:

• Advanced consultation

• Case conceptualization discussions

• Continued framework training

• Future provider retreats

• Advanced certification opportunities (coming soon)

Because growth doesn't end after twelve weeks.

MEET YOUR GUIDE:
LEXIE LOMAN

Hi, I'm Lexie.

Before I was a speaker, author, or business owner, I was simply a therapist trying to show up well for the people sitting across from me.

Like many clinicians, I entered this profession because I genuinely believe people can heal.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life's most difficult seasons. I've also spent years training in approaches like EMDR, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness—not because I was searching for the next technique, but because I wanted to better understand what helps people create lasting change.

Along the way, I noticed something I wasn't taught in graduate school.

We spend countless hours learning how to understand our clients.

Far less time learning how to understand ourselves while we're doing the work.

I watched incredible therapists quietly question themselves, lose confidence, or begin feeling disconnected from work they still deeply loved.

Not because they lacked skill.

Not because they stopped caring.

Because holding space for others changes us, too.

The Unbinding Experience grew out of that realization.

I wanted to create the kind of continuing education experience I wish had existed when I began practicing—one that honors both clinical excellence and the humanity of the clinician.

A place where therapists don't have to pretend they have it all together.

A place where we can continue doing our own work, deepen our clinical presence, and remember why we chose this profession in the first place.

Because I believe our greatest therapeutic tool isn't a treatment modality.

It's our ability to remain present with another human being.

And that begins with learning to remain present with ourselves.

YOUR CLIENT DESERVES A THERAPIST WHO CONTINUES TO GROW.

So do you.

The most meaningful clinical work doesn't come from having all the answers.

It comes from continuing to ask better questions.

If you're ready to renew your passion for this work, deepen your understanding of yourself, and discover a framework that can transform both your life and your practice...

I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
