Therapist. Author. Educator. Creator of Gremlins & Goats.
I’ve spent 15 years working in mental health, but this work has never come only from what I learned professionally.
It has grown through years of working with people, writing, questioning, paying attention, and doing my own healing work along the way.
Gremlins & Goats came out of that process—a way of understanding how our experiences shape what we believe, the stories we carry, and the patterns we practice. And my own healing, including psychedelic experiences, made something else increasingly clear to me: love and connection matter, and the relationship we have with ourselves shapes how fully we can experience both.
Lighthouse is where all of that work gets to grow beyond the therapy room—through education, experiences, professional learning, writing, speaking, and the things still being built.
