MEET YOUR RETREAT COMMUNITY
It takes a community to create The Unbinding.
One of my favorite parts of creating this experience has been bringing together local people, practitioners, and businesses with different skills and different ways of helping people connect with themselves and each other.
Every part of these two days has been intentionally chosen to create an experience — not fill a schedule.
And part of that intention is building community and supporting the people and businesses doing good work right here in Oklahoma.
Some of these experiences may already be part of your life.
Some may be completely new.
You don't have to be good at any of them.
You get to show up, try something, and receive.
OUR RETREAT HOME
RETREAT OKC
The setting matters.
A huge thank you to Retreat OKC for opening their space to The Unbinding for Providers and helping make this Founding Cohort possible.
For two days, this will be our place to step away from the usual workday, gather with other providers, move, create, eat together, learn, connect, and receive.
I'm incredibly grateful to be able to create this experience in a space designed for gathering, connection, and retreat.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
Different people. Different practices. One intentionally created experience.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Paint. Create. Play.
What to expect
You don't need to be an artist.
Creative expression gives you another way to explore, play, and create without needing to find the perfect words.
Make something. Try something. See what happens
SUPPORT LOCAL. BUILD COMMUNITY.
The people and practices you meet during The Unbinding don't have to disappear when the retreat ends.
That's part of why I've chosen to create this experience with local practitioners and businesses.
Maybe you discover a movement practice you love.
Maybe you want to experience another sound bath.
Maybe bodywork becomes part of how you care for yourself.
Maybe you find a local business you want to support.
Maybe another provider you meet becomes someone you stay connected with.
The retreat can introduce you to people, practices, businesses, and resources that are still here when you go home.
