The work here begins with the person behind the professional role. Depending on the experience, that may include personal reflection, experiential learning, professional education, continuing education, consultation, integration, or ethical application.
Personal experience, professional education, and clinical practice are not the same thing. Lighthouse keeps those boundaries clear while creating space to explore how your own patterns, beliefs, boundaries, and professional identity may shape the way you show up in your work.
That distinction is important to the professional architecture—we specifically said the hub needs to maintain clear boundaries between personal experience, education, and clinical practice.

Personal growth. Professional development. A two-day retreat. One integrated experience.
The Unbinding for Providers is an experiential professional-development journey created for therapists and helping professionals who want to experience the work personally—not just understand it intellectually.
The journey includes guided preparation, a two-day immersive retreat, and post-retreat integration and consultation. The retreat brings together movement, mindfulness, breathwork, creative expression, reflection, connection, and the Gremlins & Goats framework.
Afterward, the work turns back toward professional life—boundaries, sustainability, professional identity, ethical self-awareness, and the patterns that may shape how you show up in your work.

Lighthouse is developing a longitudinal, experiential learning pathway for clinicians who want to provide more integrated ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
The pathway is being built around preparation, medicine-session support, integration, ethics, prescriber collaboration, clinical judgment, and the Gremlins & Goats framework.
