Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lighthouseokc.com ("Website") or participating in the Reignite Masterclass ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Program.

Services Provided

The Website provides information about Lighthouse’s services, including the Reignite Masterclass, an 8-week program for high-achieving women, featuring:

  • 90-minute group coaching/psychoeducation sessions (Mondays at 2 PM CST via Zoom).

  • 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, scheduled flexibly.

  • Daily/weekly practices, community support, and resources (replays, workbook, PDFs of Gremlins & Goats, Versions of Me, Thrive: EQ & Self-Care).

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration and payment.

  • Respect the confidentiality of group discussions in the Program.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and refrain from using the Website or Program for unlawful purposes.

  • Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify Program materials without written consent from Lighthouse.

Program Fees and Payment

  • The Reignite Masterclass fee is $4800, payable in full, via flexible payment plans (e.g., $1600/month for 3 months or $600/week for 8 weeks), or through CareCredit.

  • No refunds are issued after the Program begins, except in cases of extreme hardship, at Lighthouse’s discretion.

  • Late payments may result in suspension from Program activities.

Cancellation Policy

  • Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 7 days before the Program start date (August 20, 2025) for a full refund, minus a $500 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations after this period but before the Program starts are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds are provided once the Program begins.

Intellectual Property

  • All Website and Program content, including workbooks, replays, and PDFs, is owned by Lighthouse Mental Wellness, LLC and protected by copyright law.

  • Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Program materials for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Program is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Participants with ongoing mental health concerns should consult a licensed therapist or medical professional.

  • Lighthouse is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Program.

Termination

  • Lighthouse may terminate access to the Website or Program for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

  • Participants may withdraw from the Program by providing written notice, subject to the cancellation policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be resolved in Oklahoma courts.

Lighthouse Mental Wellness, LLC, its facilitators, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Website or Program, including emotional, psychological, or financial harm. Participants assume all risks associated with Program activities, including emotional discomfort from self-reflection or group discussions.

Mandated Reporting

As a licensed therapist, the facilitator is a mandated reporter under Oklahoma law and must report disclosures involving imminent risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult, or other situations as required by Oklahoma Statutes Title 10A and Title 43A.
