The 5-Day Uncover You Challenge is designed to help you uncover the real you. Over five days, you'll identify the one thing you most want to shift in your life by learning to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical mindfulness skills to observe and understand your thoughts and emotions without judgment to help create lasting change. Each day features a focused theme, a 5-7 minute guided practice (video or audio), and simple, accessible homework such as journaling and tracking patterns.
