I’ve had seasons of burnout and heartbreak, wondered if I’d ever feel at home in my own skin after divorce, and learned (the hard way) how to silence the inner critic and rekindle my spark—as a wife, stepmom, and full-hearted lover of life. What I know now, from my clients and my own once-messy reality:
